Thank you for shopping Popup23rd! 🎀 We are a curated secondhand shop specializing in pre-loved clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories, and other unique finds. Because our inventory consists primarily of previously owned, one-of-a-kind pieces, please carefully review the following policies before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Popup23rd are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, fit, sizing, color, condition preferences, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or an item not meeting a customer's personal expectations.

Please make sure you are comfortable with an item's photos, description, condition, measurements when provided, and price before completing your purchase.

If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

Secondhand & Pre-Loved Items

Popup23rd is a secondhand shop. Our inventory consists primarily of pre-loved items that have been previously owned and/or used.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, customers should not expect items to be in new or unused condition.

Secondhand items may show signs of previous ownership, including but not limited to:

• Scratches, scuffs, marks, stains, discoloration, fading, patina, creasing, pilling, stretching, loose threads, worn edges, hardware wear, interior wear, odors or other signs of age and use.
• Natural variations and imperfections associated with materials, construction, age and previous ownership.
• Previous repairs, alterations or modifications that may not always be known to us.

These characteristics are part of purchasing pre-loved merchandise and do not necessarily indicate that an item is defective.

Condition & Product Photos

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe our items accurately and to show noticeable condition details when possible.

However, photographs and descriptions may not capture every sign of previous use, wear, imperfection, variation or characteristic of a secondhand item.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all available photos and product information before purchasing.

Please contact us before purchasing if you would like clarification or additional information about an item's condition.

Color & Appearance

Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the device being used.

Slight differences between the appearance of an item online and in person are not considered grounds for a return, exchange or refund.

Sizing & Fit

Sizing can vary significantly between brands, manufacturers, countries and production years, particularly with older secondhand clothing.

Any listed size reflects the information available to us, such as the garment's label, unless otherwise stated.

We cannot guarantee that an item will fit a particular customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and asking questions before purchasing.

Designer & Branded Items

Popup23rd sells secondhand items that may feature designer names, logos, labels, patterns, hardware or other branding.

Popup23rd does not professionally authenticate designer items and therefore cannot guarantee the authenticity of individual pieces unless a particular listing expressly states otherwise and identifies the basis for that representation.

The absence of professional authentication is not a statement that an item is authentic or inauthentic. Authentication is simply not a service Popup23rd generally provides.

Customers purchasing branded or designer items acknowledge this policy before purchasing.

If professional authentication is important to your purchasing decision, we recommend that you do not purchase an unauthenticated item from us.

How We Price Our Items

Our prices are not based on a representation or guarantee of authenticity unless specifically stated otherwise.

Pricing is determined by factors that may include:

condition, quality, construction, materials, style, desirability, uniqueness, amount of wear, overall presentation and our assessment of the individual piece.

Prices may also change at our discretion.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Most Popup23rd merchandise is secondhand and available in quantities of one.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve it. An item may remain available to other customers until checkout and payment are successfully completed.

Once a piece sells, we may not be able to restock or replace it.

Order Cancellations

Because our inventory is limited and purchases are final sale, orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Please review your cart, shipping information and order details carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Popup23rd is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers should contact us promptly if they notice an error in their shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide available shipment information and assist with any applicable carrier process.

Carrier tracking showing delivery does not necessarily allow Popup23rd to independently determine what happened to a package after delivery. Any rights or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.

In-Store / Showroom Purchases

Items purchased through our showroom or other in-person Popup23rd sales are also final sale, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by law.

Customers are encouraged to inspect merchandise carefully before completing an in-person purchase.

Availability & Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, but occasional errors may occur involving pricing, availability, descriptions, photos or other product information.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to correct errors and cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed with a material error.

Pre-Loved Means Imperfect

Part of what makes secondhand shopping special is that every piece has already had a life before reaching Popup23rd.

We curate pieces we believe still have beauty, quality, style or usefulness, but pre-loved does not mean perfect.

Normal signs of previous ownership should be expected when purchasing secondhand merchandise.

We want customers to feel informed about what they're purchasing.

If you are uncertain about an item's condition, size, appearance, branding or any other detail, please contact Popup23rd before placing your order.

We are happy to answer reasonable questions or provide additional information when available.

Agreement to These Policies

By completing a purchase through Popup23rd, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the item's available photos and description and understand that you are purchasing secondhand merchandise subject to these store policies.

All sales are final, except where a refund, return, cancellation or other remedy is required by applicable law.
